Social Media Manager
Are you a driven creative with a strong can-do mindset? Great! We’re looking for a content and community loving Social Media Manager to join the team. As a Social Media Manager you will be part of our close-knitted Creative team. We’re a team of creatives within various fields like photography, retouch, video editing and graphic design that work closely together to create content and push ICANIWILL’s brand image forward.

Our ambitions are high and we are looking for a Social Media Manager with previous experience within the field that can help us take the brand’s social presence to the next level.
What you will do:
•Create content concepts for social media, present them to stakeholders and implement them.
•Handle planning and scheduling for all of our organic social media channels including Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Youtube.
•Handle social media analytics and reporting and take action when needed.
•Develop long term social media strategies, implement them and follow up on performance.
•Lead, plan and execute on various content projects from start to finish.
•Create content for our social media channels by your own as well as in collaboration with the rest of the team.
•Be responsible for community management on all platforms.
•Be the point of contact and create content briefs for UGC collaborations.
•Keep up to date with current trends and updates on all social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with other members of the team as well as other departments such as Influencer Marketing and Growth/Event in order to create the best possible content for our social channels.
Skills & Requirements:
•You have previous experience within similar roles for 3+ years.
•You have a degree in Communications, Social Media or equivalent at University level.
•You have previous experience with handling content projects from start to finish.
•You have basic skills in photo retouch and video editing.
•You have a genuine interest in social media and love staying up to date with the latest trends and happenings online.
•You have an eye for storytelling and communication.
•You have excellent time management skills.
You have to be able to work on different projects simultaneously. Multitasking skills are key in this position.
•You’re prestigeless and a team player at heart.
•You have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
•Previous experience within Sprout Social or similar social tools is a big plus but not a must.
